Henry Ford launched the Model-T using two powerful business processes; the assembly line, and the circular loop manufacturing.  Ford reclaimed wood used in the manufacturing of the Model-T and converted the by-product into bagged charcoal. We know that charcoal brand by the name “Kingsford.”  Ford used the incremental profits from Kingsford to boost the productivity and salaries of the assembly line workers.
