We will: (1) Review your listing relative to other listings in your area and provide you a 3-5 page Gap Analysis Report that details your weaknesses; (2) Draft a revised listing for your property based on the Gap Analysis Report findings (emphasizing the unique selling points of your rental); (3) Review online info about the community in which your rental is located and provide a one-page report detailing the attractions to include in your listing; (4) Review all photos and provide recommendations on how to improve the “curb appeal” of your listing; (5) Help you develop a home operating manual; (6) Provide a one-page home check-out instruction template; (7) Provide a one-page emergency escalation template; and (8) Provide my Super Host operational checklist that can improve the quality of your guest service.
